All domains listed on World Media Brands are owned exclusively by WorldMediaBrands.com, its principals, and may be assumed "for sale." When you enter payment through any of World Media Brands' authorized payment providers you will be making payment for the domain name only and for the exclusive rights to use and enjoy that domain in the future. No images, hosting, logos, or any other rights will be transferred with the domain.

You will be required to register your domain with the registrar of your choosing in order to use and enjoy the domain. You will be required to pay yearly renewal fees to the registrar. Registration fees vary by registrar, and it will be your responsibility as the new owner of the domain to keep its registration current.

World Media Brands offers a full refund on domain sales in the event the buyer chooses to return the domain within 30 days of purchase. In order to qualify for a refund, the buyer must have maintained the domain with the current registrar at the time of purchase, and the buyer shall return the domain, including exclusive control thereof, to World Media Brands. The domain shall not have been used in any negative manner, such as for spam, adult website hosting, or anything that is determined reasonably problematic to the health and value of the domain. A buyer will be permitted one return per calendar year. In the event that World Media Brands determines that a buyer's actions have caused harm to the health and value of the domain, a refund may not be applied. In all reasonable cases World Media Brands will honor its Returns Policy. If you purchase a domain and transfer it to another registrar, the domain will be locked for 60 days and will not be eligible for return according to this policy. To be eligible for a return, the domain has to be purchased on WorldMediaBrands.com and not through a reseller. Payment plan payments are not eligible for our 30 day return policy.

The buyer acknowledges that a Payment Plan for any domain name at World Media Brands is a legally binding contract to purchase the domain. Further, the buyer authorizes World Media Brands to charge his or her credit card on a month-by-month basis until the domain name in question is paid in full by the buyer . Domains sold through World Media Brands Payment Plan are considered "As Is" and will not be covered under the Returns Policy.

The buyer acknowledges that a Rental Plan for any domain name at World Media Brands is a legally binding contract to purchase the domain. Further, the buyer authorizes World Media Brands to charge his or her credit card on a month-by-month basis until the domain name rental agreement in question is cancelled by the renter. Domains sold through World Media Brands Rental Plan are considered "As Is" and will not be covered under the Returns Policy.

Prior to the completion of a sale through World Media Brands, all domains are subject to a final verification to ensure that that the domain listed is indeed for sale by the current registrant and that there are no previous issues in selling the domain. While all orders are typically approved and transferred immediately upon receipt of payment, a sales receipt does not render the transaction complete. In the event that circumstances arise affecting World Media Brands ability to completely deliver a domain to the purchaser, all charges will be appropriately refunded. Upon successful transfer of a domain to its purchaser will the sale be deemed final.

World Media Brands is not responsible in determining whether the domain name(s) listed for sale infringe upon the legal rights of others. It is the customer's sole responsibility to research whether the purchase and use of a domain will infringe upon the legal rights of other entities and individuals, including but not limited to trademark infringement.

Please note that the information you submit to World Media Brands in order to purchase a domain name will be used for the whois information on the domain(s) for which you are purchasing. If you do not wish for your information to be public in whois, please call us prior to making the purchase so we can coordinate the transfer of the domain appropriately.

By purchasing a domain from World Media Brands, you agree that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether the purchase and use of your domain infringes or violates someone else's rights and you agree that World Media Brands will be held indemnified from any legal actions arising from the purchase and use of domain names from World Media Brands.

Should any users be found in abuse of the World Media Brands website, its programs, processes, or systems, World Media Brands retains the right to deny service, including access to the World Media Brands website.

The seller shall not be liable for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder due to causes beyond its reasonable control.

You shall not give, bargain, sell, assign, sub-let, or otherwise dispose of this Agreement; or the benefit or advantage of this Agreement; or of any part thereof without express prior consent, in writing, from the Seller.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., without reference to its choice of law rules. The parties agree that the forum for dispute resolution under this Agreement shall be located exclusively in the courts of the City of Orlando, State of Florida, U.S.A. The parties specifically exclude the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act from application to this Agreement.

This document is considered a legally binding contract. The buyer acknowledges these terms and agrees to be bound by them.
